Exchange & Refund Policy

1.      Any exchange and refunds are subjected to approval from the seller after a request is made.

2.      A 5% processing fee will be charged for each return transaction made.

3.      Exchanges and refunds are available only under the following prevailing conditions:

(a)   Request to be made within 5 working days of the parcel(s) arrival

(b)  Product defect: A clear picture of the product must be sent via email to online@homedec.com.my for verification and approval process.

4.      Once the exchange or refund is approved, more information would be provided for the buyer to arrange for the return and the items must be returned with the original packaging.

5.      The Buyer must bear the delivery charges and ensure a tracking number is available.

6.      Once the parcel is received, HOMEDEC Online will arrange for an exchange or refund which may be subjected to additional delivery charges.
